Product description
Orangutan from Mojo.
Let your child learn to love animals in nature at home with a lifelike animal from Mojo.
The orangutan is a genus of large apes that live in the rainforests of Borneo and Sumatra. It spends most of its time in the trees, where it uses its long, strong arms and hook-shaped hands to climb and swing from branch to branch. The arms of an orangutan can have a reach of up to 250 cm.
An orangutan feeds on tropical fruits, leaves, shoots, bark, insects, seeds, and bird eggs, and can use branches as tools to catch ants and termites. In the wild, it can live up to 35 years.
PS! The name orangutan means "man of the forest" in Malay and they were once thought to be a type of people who could talk but didn't to avoid being put to work!
Through playing with animals, children can learn to think creatively, interact with others, use their language and much more. Play develops children socially, linguistically, cognitively and physically/motorically.
Mojo animals are made of high-quality plastic, which will certainly be loved and at any time be a good gift idea for a creative and curious child.
