Return information & costs

Don’t worry. We get it… The stuff you bought, isn’t quite right, the size is a bit off e.g. And that’s perfectly fine.
We’ve made it super easy for you to return to us – even though we would love if you kept the items and loved them forever and ever.

We enclose a return label in all our parcels. If you wish to exchange an item to a different size we offer free reshipment. All you have to do is pay for the return. When using our return label, the parcel is insured and traceable. We don’t recommend sending the return uninsured and non-traceable. The cost of using the return label depends on which country you send from. See the rates below. The amount will be deducted your refund in case of return.

IMPORTANT: The value of the returned products must exceed the price of the return shipping cost in order for you to get your refund.

FAULTY ITEM? We’re really sorry if you’ve received a faulty item. Please contact us and give us a moment to get back to you before taking action. We will help you the best we can.

365 days return

We offer a 365 days return period from the day you receive your package. This is how you return:

STEP 1: CREATE YOUR RETURN

Choose ‘Create return’ in the menu. Log in by using your order number and the e-mail you used when placing your order. Select the items you’re returning and the reason you are returning them. If you wish to change to a different size, please tell us which, at this point.

STEP 2: PLACE THE ITEMS

Place the items in a shipping box. Please recycle the Onlinekids packaging if possible. Returned items must be sent in their original condition and packaging, including original, attached tags e.g. Do not place labels directly on the original packaging.

STEP 3: SEND IT BACK TO US

Place your return label on the parcel and send it back to us using the currier who delivered it to you. You must return the item without delay and no later than 14 days after you’ve notified us about the return.

GREAT ADVICE WHEN RETURNING:

Take care of the original packaging. Before unpacking everything, please check how the item is placed in the packaging so you’ll be able to pack it again in a proper manner. Do not assemble furniture as it may cause significant impairment.
