A lovely and feminine blouse with long sleeves, flowers, and ruffles.
The top has pleats on the shoulders and broad ribbed edges at the sleeves for a pretty puff effect. The blouse has a round neckline, and at the bottom, a pretty ruffled edge with shirrs for great fullness. The blouse is made in a soft and stretchy cotton.
