A lice comb can be used to remove cradle cap as well as to fight of lice.

Suggestions for treating cradle cap with a lice comb:

Apply baby oil to your baby's scalp and let the oil soften the scalp for approx. 30 minutes.
Then gently comb your baby's scalp.
Repeat the treatment for several days until the cradle cap is gone.

Suggestions for treating lice with a comb:

Pull the comb through the hair from the scalp to the tip of the hair in one stroke.
If necessary, divide the hair into tufts and comb them one by one.
Wipe of the comb after each stroke.
Comb the hair until all the lice are gone.
Wash conditioner out of the hair.
Note that a dense comb cannot remove lice eggs. One must therefore repeat treatment approx. every 4 days for approx. 14 days.

Cleaning: Rinse and boil the comb with boiling water
