The cot's bed size is larger than a regular cot and can therefore grow with your child.
The Viktoria bed has round bars along the sides and the slatted base is adjustable and can be adjusted in 3 heights. The slatted base is solid and the sides of the bed are reinforced, so it is very robust and stable.
When your child grows up, the crib sides can be removed, the included 4 blocks for the sides can be fitted, and you have a nice junior bed.
During the period when your child changes from cot to junior bed, you can start by removing 3 slats in the bed, so that your child has the opportunity to get up in the morning. The remaining slats ensure that your baby or duvet does not fall out of bed. A really good way to grow up!
