The personal data policy applies to the personal data you provide to us, or which we collect via our website www.onlinekids.com ("Website").
Onlinekids is responsible for your personal information. All inquiries regarding our personal data policy can be made via the contact information listed under section 8.
2. THE INFORMATION COLLECTED AND HOW IT IS USED
When you visit our Website, we automatically collect information about you and your use of the Website, such as the type of browser you use, search terms, IP address, and network location. The purpose is to optimize user experience, functionality, and marketing. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
When you buy a product or communicate with us on the Website, we collect the information you provide, including name, address, email, phone number, payment method, delivery preferences, product purchases, and IP address. When signing up for our newsletter, we collect your name and email. The purpose is to send newsletters. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
When joining our customer club, we collect relevant details including usage and purchase history. The purpose is to manage your membership, send newsletters, and conduct marketing. Separate consent for electronic marketing is requested. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR.
3. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal data may be shared with carriers for delivery or third parties (such as manufacturers) in drop shipping arrangements. We also use data processors for hosting, newsletters, reviews, analytics, and marketing. These are bound by our instructions and confidentiality agreements.
If processors are based in the US (e.g., Google, Facebook), transfers are secured via EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. DELETION OF DATA
- Website usage data: deleted after 3 years of inactivity
- Newsletter data: deleted 3 months after withdrawal of consent
- Purchase data: deleted 3 years after year of purchase, accounting data kept 5 years
- Customer club data: deleted after 3 years of inactivity or membership termination
6. THE USE OF COOKIES
